Guangdong Shengyin Flower Horticulture Co., Ltd., established in 1992, is a comprehensive agricultural enterprise. Its main business includes the breeding of flower seedlings, the cultivation and sales of finished products, landscape engineering design and construction, the production and sales of planting nutritional soil, and the development of eco-tourism parks. After nearly 30 years of development, the company has grown from an ordinary flower shop into a group company, with 6 subsidiary enterprises and 1 engineering research center under its umbrella. Its business covers "healthy agriculture", "agricultural deep processing", "ecological environmental protection", and "biotechnology", integrating the entire agricultural industry chain and linking upstream and downstream sectors to form a "6+1" low-carbon circular economy industry chain centered around the three themes of "environmental protection", "agriculture", and "biology". The company holds multiple national enterprise qualifications and operates several planting and production bases in China. It has been recognized as a "Dongguan Leading Agricultural Enterprise" and a "National High-tech Enterprise". In 2012, it won the First Prize of the Guangdong Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award, in 2015 it won the First Prize of the Science Award from the Guangdong Provincial Department of Environmental Protection, and in 2016 it was listed as a "Nancheng Douzeng Enterprise".

Pioneer in Landscaping

Since 1996, Shengyin Company has undertaken more than 1,000 landscaping projects, with an average annual construction area of nearly one million square meters. It has made active contributions to the urban greening of Dongguan. Among them, more than 30 projects, including Dongguan Avenue, Dongcheng Avenue, Lianhua Villa, Hongmei Town environmental renovation project, and the expansion and reconstruction of Dongshen Highway, have been listed as model landscaping projects in our city.

Establish the largest Amaryllis germplasm resource bank in China.

Shengyin Garden has established the largest single-product (Amaryllis) gene bank, currentlycollectingIt includes over 300 registered commercial varieties from abroad, some of which are fragrant. Currently, more than 8,000 new lines have been created, and nearly 3 million plants of self-bred varieties have been mass-produced. In 2017, Shengyin No. 1 and Shengyin No. 2 passed the on-site expert appraisal organized by the Guangdong Provincial Seed Station, and respectively won the gold and silver awards for exhibition at the 9th China Flower Expo. In 2018, Shengyin No. 3, 4, and 5 passed the on-site expert appraisal organized by the Guangdong Provincial Seed Station. In 2018, the Shengyin Amaryllis was recognized as a "Guangdong Provincial High-tech Product".

Focus on agricultural science and technology exchange and cooperation

ShengYin Company has long focused on scientific research and development. On one hand, the company has established "industry-university-research integration demonstration bases" with many well-known domestic scientific research institutions, such as the South China Botanical Garden of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. On the other hand, ShengYin has collaborated with international enterprises possessing advanced agricultural technologies, including Yossi Matat of MATAT Knowledge in Israel, Israeli agricultural technology expert Azriel Assaf, AGRO FLORAL PERU S.A.C in Peru, CBTC International Horticulture Ltd. in the Netherlands, and saffron technology experts from Iran. Through digestion, absorption, and independent innovation, it has developed a complete set of advanced cultivation technologies and management models, achieving the localized cultivation and production of Amaryllis.

Shengyin Garden Science Popularization Base, Enlightening Natural Education

Covering an area of 94.82 mu, Shengyin Garden was first established at this planting and production base by Guangdong Shengyin Flower Horticulture Co., Ltd. in 2000, with a total contract period of 58 years. Currently, it has formed an integrated system encompassing scientific research, pilot testing and promotion, leisure agriculture, science popularization tourism and culture, and expansion training. Equipped with continuous planting greenhouses and automated agricultural production facilities, it is positioned as an incubator for agricultural science and technology projects. Shengyin Garden is dedicated to conducting agricultural science popularization activities and learning programs, jointly organizing "second classrooms" and other related supporting products. In 2008, it was designated as a "Dongguan Science Popularization Education Base"; in 2016, it was recognized as a "Dongguan Agricultural Education Base" and a "Dongguan Women's Entrepreneurship Demonstration Base"; and in 2018, it was named a "Guangdong Provincial Science Popularization Education Base".
Shengyin Garden has assembled a professional team of comprehensive talents with backgrounds in education and agriculture. Utilizing the ecological resources within the garden, it offers a series of themed lectures and science popularization activities, holds science popularization events with multiple schools, delivers science education, and inherits farming culture, earning affirmation and recognition from partner schools, training institutions, and other organizations.

 

 

Meticulously crafted Shengliyuan Leisure Tourism Agricultural Base

   Shengliyuan, located in Tianraobu, Hengli Town, Dongguan, adjacent to the Eastern Expressway, covers an area of 1,000 mu. The entire park consists of an island of over 400 mu surrounded by more than 300 mu of water. With its beautiful environment, shimmering lake surface, and lush green plants, the water supply here is entirely provided by underground springs year-round. Known locally as Qizilianhua Island, it offers endless fun with activities such as fishing, fruit picking, barbecuing, picnicking, and sightseeing. The park is both a "Dongguan Agricultural Industrial Park" and was recognized by the Dongguan Municipal People's Government in 2008 as a "Dongguan Popular Science Education Base". Leveraging the role of its parent company as a "Dongguan Leading Agricultural Enterprise", the park adopts a "Company + Base + Farmer" business model. Aiming to build a "Leisure Sightseeing Agriculture Demonstration Site", it strives to achieve the organic unity of economic, social, and ecological benefits.

Environmental Protection

Since 2004, Shengyin has been researching the resource utilization of urban organic fertilizer waste and residue. Its biological detoxification technology has been verified by experts to reach an internationally advanced level, winning the First Prize of the Guangdong Provincial Science and Technology Award in 2012 and the First Prize of the Science and Technology Award from the Guangdong Provincial Department of Ecology and Environment in 2016. In the same year, the technology received special funding from the National Development and Reform Commission, and an industrialization project with an annual reduction of over 100,000 tons of urban sludge has been completed. It can both produce excellent plant substrates and organic fertilizers, and convert them into energy-saving building materials and fuels, serving as an excellent industrial demonstration for our company to promote the "harmless treatment of urban organic solid waste" nationwide.

 

Industrial integration of large-scale agriculture and large-scale health care

The company registered the health brand "Baiyisheng", adhering to the development of a series of healthy and wellness products centered around "healthy vegetables (okra)" and "new resource foods (moringa)", and has always been committed to providing consumers with natural and healthy foods. It has developed products such as "okra and moringa noodles", "okra and moringa rice noodles", "okra and moringa biscuits", "okra flower tea", "okra composite tea", and "moringa composite tea".
